I don't nomally like to write bad reviews, but i feel it is necessary for people to know about the poor customer service i have experienced with Dr. Mary Koen.
My brother and I have already gotten our braces off, and today we went for a check up appointment. I got an xray to check for wisdom teeth, and then i was taken to the bench area. Then i sat there waiting for about 30 minutes just for them to check my teeth and say that my retainers looked good, and that I don't need to come back anymore. Then when i went out to the waiting area, my brother had still not gone back and his appointment was supposed to start 10 minutes after mine. Then after waiting for another 25 minutes, he went to the front desk to ask why he still hadn't been seen. They said that he hadn't checked in, even though i and a few other people had clearly seen that he had checked in.. three times. Finally, 55 min after his appointment was supposed to start, he was called back, and he returned about 3 min later. He said that all they did was check his teeth and retainers and said that they looked good. This is how all of our appointments have been, and i would just like to warn future patients before they find themselves sitting in the office wasting time.
