The assistants in the back are amazing, friendly and comforting. I had a serious problem with the Doctor being on his cell phone while working on my child. I found it to be very rude and unprofessional. He also seemed to be very distracted with his laptop sitting next to him on the counter while he should have been checking the patients. I do believe he is a wonderful orthodontist but it seems he has lost sight of the importance of the patients that are paying extremely good money. We miss the lovely lady "linda" at the front desk who was there for years. She always knew your name and always seemed to be so organized and just down to earth, This Stephanie seems to be a little fake and pushy in my opinion and prefer not to deal with her. Seems to be a lot of turn around in that office and I am wondering is it the Doctor or the Treatment coordinator who seems to have stepped in as the "boss." He always seems to disappear into his office the second he is finished checking a patient which he only spends 2 seconds with while barking orders to the hard over worked assistants. I will be taking my other children to an orthodontist in Garland who likes to spend time with his patients and has been in practice for over 30 years.
