Highly recommended! We had nothing short of a great experience with Genecov Orthodontics. We visited them nearly twice a month during our baby’s first nine months after he was born with a cleft lip and palate. They offered great care recommendations and treatment in only the most caring way. Their style is such that it often felt like a wonderful family! Dr. Jeff is so great with the kids and the staff is friendly and supportive. We were even impressed with the way they interacted with our insurance to maximize our benefits. Our baby got exactly the care he needed and smiled to see the friendly faces at Genecov Orthodontics during a time when he was going through so much, so we wouldn’t consider another option! We will continue to see them for our little one’s future care!

Dr. Genecov is an amazing orthodontist that truly cares for his patients. At our initial visit, he did a complete exam, explaining my treatment in a way I could understand. He also used my pictures to show me how he would handle my situation. I felt extremely comfortable with him. Now, Dr. Genecov takes the time to explain my treatment and progress at each appointment. The employees are wonderful!! The front office is nice and accommodating with our appointments. When it was time to set up the financing, Stefani was so caring and helpful. I would recommend everyone to Dr. Genecov. If you want to feel special and need an orthodontist, go see Dr. Genecov and his staff!

The assistants in the back are amazing, friendly and comforting. I had a serious problem with the Doctor being on his cell phone while working on my child. I found it to be very rude and unprofessional. He also seemed to be very distracted with his laptop sitting next to him on the counter while he should have been checking the patients. I do believe he is a wonderful orthodontist but it seems he has lost sight of the importance of the patients that are paying extremely good money. We miss the lovely lady "linda" at the front desk who was there for years. She always knew your name and always seemed to be so organized and just down to earth, This Stephanie seems to be a little fake and pushy in my opinion and prefer not to deal with her. Seems to be a lot of turn around in that office and I am wondering is it the Doctor or the Treatment coordinator who seems to have stepped in as the "boss." He always seems to disappear into his office the second he is finished checking a patient which he only spends 2 seconds with while barking orders to the hard over worked assistants. I will be taking my other children to an orthodontist in Garland who likes to spend time with his patients and has been in practice for over 30 years.

Dr. Jeffrey Genecov and his staff are extremely professional, friendly and informative. Our son's orthodontic treatment has been a very pleasant and successful experience. Dr. G has always taken the time to explain his rationale for treatment and any necessary adjustments. We have especially appreciated his conservative approach to our son's orthodontic needs. Before visiting with Dr. G, we spoke with another area orthodontist. She wanted to pull teeth in conjunction with braces and send our son to a periodontist to surgically pull down a tooth that had not yet come in. Dr G's recommendation was to move the teeth with braces and wait for the tooth to come in on it's own. He was right. Our son now has a beautiful smile.
