Overall treatment result was ok, and process was relatively smooth. However, it is very difficult to get any information from the doctor during the treatment process as he is not receptive to questions and does not take time to explain what he is doing. We often felt brushed aside if we asked any questions and he can seem disrespectful.
He was also impatient with our child at times which was very disappointing and unexpected for someone who deals with children on a regular basis.
