Everytime we went to Dr. Seely, whether it was a simple change the rubber bands or install new braces, the appointment was a minimum of 1 hour. Most of that time was spent waiting with your mouth open waiting for the next "specialist" to do their task. This is the most inefficient service model that I have ever seen. One person to take off the old rubber bands, someone else to thread the wire, someone else to put on the new bands and then finally, Dr. Seely to check the work. I wasted more time waiting and waiting. Then, my daughter was having jaw issues and could only open her mouth an inch and Dr. Seely said this was normal so we ignored it until she was in so much pain from trying to open her mouth wide enough to eat a sandwich. We took her to a jaw specialist and NO, it was not normal.
If you do not value your time and don't mind waiting, waiting and waiting - pick Dr. Seely. Otherwise, find another orthodontist that runs a more efficient shop.
