We feel so incredibly fortunate to have finally found Dr. Katz and his office. This is the way a pediatric practice should be--he genuinely loves his job, and makes it a point to really connect with the children. He makes it clear that their comfort, their positive experience--and their dental health--are truly his priority. While our former pediatric dentist had all sorts of bells and whistles (nintendo in the waiting room, TVs at each chair), this was simply that practice's lazy way of distracting the kids without connecting with them. In Dr. Katz's office, the kids seem to look forward to coming because of their actual human treatment, the connection, the kindness, and the care, not the electronic distractions.
