Very friendly office staff. The whole staff gets involved and tries very hard to make a new patient feel welcome. In my opinion they try a little too hard. My daughter is shy and can be slow to warm up to people, but everyone there was right in her face and did not give her a chance to warm up them. She ended up crying and wanting to go home. I told Dr. Katz that it wasn't going to happen that day and he said that it would if I wanted it to, that if I let my three year old call the shots all she would eat would be ice cream. Anyway, I was just trying not to make the dentist visit into a traumatic experience for my daughter. The doctor does take a lot of time to explain procedures and does not act like he is rushing off to the next patient, which is good, I just didn't feel comfortable with the overall experience.
