While I think they have great staff that show the kids how to brush, etc. the experience is not all sunshine:
- The "central" room where drilling takes place is open so that there are multiple chairs in one place. That means that my children who have never had a dental issue (ages 12/9/5) walk in feeling fine and listen to curdling screams by kids, tears, drilling ,etc. Very distracting and stressful for kids.
- I have had two friends that went there and switched out when they had a dental serious issue for their kids (one had a very seriously chipped tooth that needed cosmetic and medical work, the other had other issues) -- there was little patience or understanding with either child and much condescending talk, the scheduling was a nightmare so that there would be huge windows of time in between appointments even though they were both very serious in nature. The one with the chipped tooth did not have a good result at all -- tooth broke within months and they were facing having to do the process all over again.
I just called to get records transferred and they were hideously rude to me and obnoxious. I said nothing other than "i would like records transferred" and I got nothing but attitude.
Rethink this.
