My son is the patient. It is very hard to get an appointment.The answering staff and reception are not the most friendly or accomodating.You would think they would be considering it is a children dentist office. The lady that settles your a/c at the Aiea office is very straight faced and does not like to answer questions on the bill. We pay 100% out of pocket and they offer NO DISCOUNT .Dr Uchida is always nice but the front staff need alot of customer skills.
