Very friendly reception staff, who seem to have been there a while. Dr.S has a great bedside manner, very reassuring and clear. A slight sense of "conveyor-belt" treatments, you sense the office is quite busy with multiple patients being seen at once, and Dr S moving between them. Very accessible for treatment in an emergency.
