very poor customer service
after setting an appointment three weeks in advance, i was called on the day of the appointment to attend at 10:45 instead of 3:45.
I proceeded to cancel scheduled appointments due to the impending hurricane as well as trying to assist the staff at the clinic to an early finish.
I was advised that the new time available was 3:15 p.m. i arrived at 3:00 p.m. only to sit for 45 minutes in the waiting room and another half hour in the chair.
I was first told that they did not have my xrays which they then found. Then i was told i would need to pay prior to treatment only to be then told they could not do this now. Five minutes later i was told again that I had to pay. This was without, at this stage, seeing anyone.
At 4:15 enough was enough and i walked out. I would have expected a phone call from the dr concerned, but this is a place of business that is not customer focused.
I wonder what would happen if the shoe was on the other foot and i asked someone to sit in my lobby for a hour and a quarter prior to me seeing them
