She implanted a bone chip about 10 years ago, and it was successful. She has removed some gum pockets with pretty consistent success. She is a medical doctor as well as a dentist / periodontist so I expect a somewhat higher cost structure. My only problems have been related to insurance processing. They require payment at time of service and normally send request to insurance ... there have been problems with insurance processing and follow up ... so customer service in that regard could be better. Dental Hygienist is spotty ... some good some not so good over the long haul. I have been going to her for over ten years so she is good enough to keep me as a patient.
