The dental staff was great, but billing is shady. I was called about an overdue bill (which was incurred although I was assured by the receptionist my insurance covered the procedure). She told me it must go to collections. Understood. Please do that. 1 month later, they made an appointment for me. I took off work, and drove through the snow to get there on time (2/22/18).
"You have an outstanding balance of over $150."
"I do? I thought you sent that to collections."
"You had an appointment so I held it."
"Does that need to be paid now?"
"Yes, or we can't see you today."
The scare tactic of sending it to collections did not work, so they TRICKED me into coming in to pay! I am out 1 day vacation. Can I bill them? No. Like so many others, I got effed over.
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.
They will bill your insurance, bill you, send you to collections, trick you, lie to you, and affect your credit, all for a dollar.
