I went in today as a completely new patient for a 2nd opinion about getting a crown replaced. I've just been laid off work recently so spending any money is challenging when not knowing when my I will find work again. Dr Malin was wonderful and did a 'no charge' 2nd opinion consultation which even included an x-ray and photo. I couldn't be more pleased with her, her staff and the facility. Everyone was very nice and attentive. I was asked if I wanted water 3 times. There was a TV in the dental chair to distract me while I waited and the wait was not long at all. I was also pleased to find out that no, I don't need to replace the crown now. After this extremely positive experience, I will most likely be switching over to her as my primary dentist especially once I have dental coverage again once I have my next job.
