Dr. Mailin,
I feel very uncomfortable with your staff Maxine. She reached me out through email on last Friday to say you guys can move my appointment on TODAY 4:30PM. When I had chance to look at my email and it was arounf 4:00PM. I responded and also left a voice mail. And I took today whole day off instead of Thursday. And I rescheduled all of my other appointments to today. I didn't hear anything from you guys, and this morning, Maxine reached me out through email again to say that this time spot is no longer available.
I have taken whole day off today, I won't take another day off just for dental appointment.
Suposingly this is my first visit to your place, and I decided to cancel my appointment permanently. it's just a waste of time.
