Dr. Velasco has an excellent practice. He's got excellent people working for him and state-of -the-art technology. But he can learn some things about gentleness. Once in your mouth, he tries to do everything too quickly and can be rough. He talks a lot, which is great for patient communication, but it's sometimes difficult to get a word in to alert him of an issue.
