Dr Duncan is a great person, HOWEVER, with that being said, some of his staff, especially one that appears stuck up, Tiffin or something like that, is one reason to AVOID this place. I went there after not having gone to a dentist in over 35 years, due to a phobia, and he was great, but the staff who worked on my sonic cleaning, was rude and annoyed that I had a phobia of dental work due to my childhood. They didn't finish and recommended I put to sleep for any further work, but they don't do sleep dentistry. Insurance paid them, and they billed me $52. I didn't think they deserved it, so I refused to pay. The stuck up one, in my opinion, sent it to collections, which we took out of collections. My wife needed a little tooth repair done, and she works right next to them, so I gave her the money to pay the dentist. They REFUSED the money and said we had to give it to collection agency, which we don't. There is NO rule, law or regulation saying anyone has to work with a third party collection agency. I called and spoke to the stuck up one, and she confirmed they were refusing to take the money or provide service to my wife, which is their right. She needs to be let go for his business to boom.
