I did not have a good experience with Dr. Dice-Shah.
She had an unpleasant patient manner. After I pointed to a spot in my mouth that was causing me pain, she said "I guess you don't want me to poke there, huh?" and laughed. Then, she preceded to do just that, causing me significant discomfort.
Her dental assistants had accents which were hard to understand, and at least one of them seemed poorly trained. The filling material had apparently been heated at the wrong temperature, which the dentist remarked on. However, she kept using it nonetheless, and that filling did eventually need redoing. (I do not know enough to know whether this was the immediate cause, but it concerned me.)
In addition, the shop was excessively commercially focused. Part of the assistants' job seemed to be to convince me to buy expensive electronic toothbrushes and tooth whitening treatments. The dentist herself seemed offended when I ask for a final cost before agreeing to a procedure.
That said, the dentist herself is reasonably competent, and I had several uneventful cleanings before this bad experience. One of the two cavity fillings I had done by her was entirely successful.
