Do not go to Dr. Fakler's office. The customer service is awful. I met with the Dr. Fakler once at my new patient appointment. It was suggested I see a TMJ Specialist and also have a cavity filled. I set my appointment to have my cavity filled and they gave me a different dentist without telling me.
The new dentist went to fill my cavity and kept irritatingly telling me to open my mouth wider. She didn't read my file prior to treating me to see I have TMJ problems. I had an excruciating headache for 2 days after. In addition, they mischarged me, recharged me, leaving me with limited funds to serve a holiday meal for 50 people. $600 of mischarges. I called to have it worked out and the ofifice manager hung up on me and then didn't answer the phone. It took me coming down to the office to try and get an answer until she actually responded to me. I did get the money back after the holiday.
I recently switched dentists and they will not give me my x-rays without charging me a fee. I understand most offices do this, but I thought they might be willing to wave the fee because of my bad experience.
