Disorganized, unprofessional, and terrible customer service. I had xrays done by Dr. Adams 2 years ago, and I called to have them released to another dentist. They told me they would be unavailable for a week since they flip flop between offices. THEN they told me they LOST the xrays completely!! My insurance won't cover it for another year so I'll have to pay out of pocket. The receptionist Jean lied about following through; she was lazy and indifferent about the whole situation. What kind of place are they running!?!
