Be cautions of this dentist. The five minutes I spent with Dr Berg were pleasant, however check with your insurance company before scheduling any procedures. I was advised and scheduled for procedures which were not covered by my insurance, not once did Dr Berg's office staff inform me of this. I arrive and handed this bill expecting to pay out of pocket. I had to cancel the appointment, and three weeks later I get a bill for a $75.00 cancellation charge. Unbelievable, I find Dr Berg's practices unethical !!
About Front Desk: Check with your insurance company before scheduling any appointments. Front office staff will not inform you whether purposely or not if procedures are covered.
