I had a good experience. Dr. Berg was thorough with my exam. He explained what work I needed and was able to show me where my problems were. He also explained his payment options to me.

About Front Desk: Always pleasant acknowledges you as soon as you come into the office. Can answer any questions that I have had regarding my coverage and treatment plan.

About Hygienist: Love her she is so pleasant and very gentle when doing your cleaning. She always makes sure you are comfortable and doing ok. My teeth feel clean and look great too.

Be cautions of this dentist. The five minutes I spent with Dr Berg were pleasant, however check with your insurance company before scheduling any procedures. I was advised and scheduled for procedures which were not covered by my insurance, not once did Dr Berg's office staff inform me of this. I arrive and handed this bill expecting to pay out of pocket. I had to cancel the appointment, and three weeks later I get a bill for a $75.00 cancellation charge. Unbelievable, I find Dr Berg's practices unethical !!

About Front Desk: Check with your insurance company before scheduling any appointments. Front office staff will not inform you whether purposely or not if procedures are covered.

NOT ETHICAL!! This office provides great dental service however be cautious when going over payment options. Dr. Bergs staff went over my insurance and when asked "How much the total would be?" the staff member said "$X" and then after printed out a different price and had me sign! This staff member was a new to the team, and I was very nice and understanding, thinking that a ethical dental group would take care of this issue. However I was completely wrong and Dr. Berg insisted that I pay for what I signed. When someone goes over my payment plan and then prints the forms for me to sign, I assume that what they tell me is what they will print, however this is not the case. Again great dental service from the hygienist and dentist, but very UNETHICAL practice

Dr. Berg and his wonderful staff always make me feel comfortable, and the care is always excellent. I could not be happier, and I continue to see Dr Berg even though I moved 45 minutes away.

David Berg DDS is very professional and has a very friendly staff. I have had a few procedures performed here and I am always made to feel comfortable. Everything done has been with little to no pain, including root cannels.

About Hygienist: Sandi has a talent for making me feel comfortable. Her sarcasm always makes me laugh.

I found Dr. Berg through an online search. What I didn't expect was the friendliest AND most helpful Team of Professionals. At the age of 50, I have found the best family Dentitry available. Even though we moved 25 miles away, the entire family still travel to Sacramento for Dr. Berg's service. It's really a family of Teamwork Professionals in all areas! -Sincerely, Clifford M. Wilcox

About Hygienist: THE BEST! It is rumored that Sandi is starting a private practice from a different office; we will push for Dr. Berg to offer his services from her office and for her to offer from his office, cause they make a great Team! Timely, thorough and top notch!
