NOT ETHICAL!! This office provides great dental service however be cautious when going over payment options. Dr. Bergs staff went over my insurance and when asked "How much the total would be?" the staff member said "$X" and then after printed out a different price and had me sign! This staff member was a new to the team, and I was very nice and understanding, thinking that a ethical dental group would take care of this issue. However I was completely wrong and Dr. Berg insisted that I pay for what I signed. When someone goes over my payment plan and then prints the forms for me to sign, I assume that what they tell me is what they will print, however this is not the case. Again great dental service from the hygienist and dentist, but very UNETHICAL practice
