I have been a patient for 23 years of the office and a patient for at least 10 years. Dr. Lipps is competent, but not particularly personable. Most of my interactions at the dental office has been limited to communications with the dental hygenist, with the dentist strolling in at the end for 1-2 minute conversation. My main issue with this office is that the hygienists rather than the dentist seems to play the deciding role on referrals, recommendation of dental care etc rather than coming directly from the dentist. Attempts to speak with the dentist in appointments when he was not in the office also failed to get a call back for several months. When the office did call, it was from a staff member.
