I have had extensive dental work for the majority of my life. At 18 I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease and many trips to the hospital delayed my plans for implants . The dentist I had been seeing did not understand and was very rude causing me to not see a dentist for way too long. When I went in for my implant consult I asked for a recommendation and Dr. Hess was specifically recommended to me due to my high sensitivity, nervousness and need to have stress free dental work. After meeting him and his hygienist Cara I could tell why. Both have a very friendly, comforting, and caring demeanor. I of course had a time frame in my mind as when I'd like to have my teeth ready for the implants to be done, but it was not enough time. I was very upset due to being in my best friends wedding. Dr. Hess found a solution and made me a temporary piece to wear so I could feel beautiful and not self conscious at the wedding and it was truely amazing, I've never smiled so much. While building up a broken tooth I was given sedation dentistry and it was the most comfortable dentistry I've ever had. The hardest part is the fact they don't process insurance, but every other single thing about them makes it totally worth it.
