I've been going to Dr. Kafayi since he took over Dr. Hayes' practice, I think about three years ago (2006). What everyone else here has said is true: he is professional, honest, painless, and highly highly competent. The whole staff are all wonderful. His office is in a lovely art nouveau building in downtown San Francisco. The office itself is perfectly fine -- not fancy, but clean, nicely designed, etc.

About Hygienist: The hygienist I've used is Anna Marie. She's great! Very knowledgeable, very good at her craft. She's also really interesting to talk to.
