Dr Grossman is a very medicoare dentist. She does not explain the charges properly so the charges never add up to what she initialy explains. Also it took over 9, yes 9 months for me to obtain my records (which I still do not have). She claimed to be holding them on the basis of a 38.00 balance after I had already paid her thoushands over the last 2 years for dental work.
