huge problem with billing. she would not return funds that were due back. insurance had to get involved and even they could not force her to give back funds when they told her she did not give the in network rate. dishonest

she did a crown it was done 22 year ago ,still as good as it was done only few year ago.When I toll my insurance dentist they all have good thing to say about her work.

nicest and most gentle dentist around. She was obviously extremely experienced and took great care, while preforming procedures.

Dr. Grossman maintains a small and orderly, but slightly outdated, office. All my visits have been quick and painless. I have only seen Dr. Grossman for cleanings and check ups, but she was very friendly, pleasant and straightforward. The same can be said for the office staff (hygienist and receptionist).
About Hygienist: I have had multiple hygienists for my cleanings, but both were professional and friendly.

This dentist's chair-side manner leaves something to be desired. While she did not cause me any pain, she is not very pleasant either. Their office hours are impossible and it is impossible to get an appointment later than 3:30 even if you schedule it three months prior. Then once you get to the waiting room they keep you sitting around waiting. Also the cleaning you get from the hygenist is quick, but in a way that seems more cursory than efficient.

Treatments were as expected in a pleasant atmosphere. Billing was another story. Her office was very quick to get my proceedures "approved" by my insurance but 6 mo's after the fact I'm getting handwritten bills with no explinations and little help getting it resolved. Unfortunately I dont think many offices are much better on this front.

It's very hard to get an appointment with Dr. Grossman. Even when the situation is really immediate. Otherwise things look o.k.

Dr Grossman is a very medicoare dentist. She does not explain the charges properly so the charges never add up to what she initialy explains. Also it took over 9, yes 9 months for me to obtain my records (which I still do not have). She claimed to be holding them on the basis of a 38.00 balance after I had already paid her thoushands over the last 2 years for dental work.

Very nice doctor. The facilities are very outdated, and I felt like the place was disorganized, but other than that it was a good experience. I feel like they need to update their technology and equipment, but Dr. Grossman is a wonderful person.
