1. Lot of patients have billing issues. They first quoted x $ amount before the treatment, got the signature agreement on the x $. However, immediately after the treatment, billing dept said there was a mistake and the amt should be x ++ $ (approx 20% additional charges). when i objected and said that, I will pay only as per the agreement. they initially objected and later accepted the original amt. is this a good practice.
2. Billing /accounting & some of the receptionist in corporate sq office appears to be rude. when you ask logical billing clarification, they will not listen to you and will threaten you to call the police. they do not like any question on the billing clarifications.
3. Dentists are good, but billing / accounting & receptionist spoils the reputation of the dental office.
About Hygienist: Dentists, Hygienist & ortho surgeons are good and respect the patients well.
