I don't know about Doctor Nanston's work, but I do know that his group is anything less than professional. The group of doctors and assistants here are definately hired from the bottom of the barrel.The workers I have encountered here, are short, rude, and in a rush. The doctors and assitants seem to be unorganized, unprepared, and unable to communicate properly.Not only is the Nanston service poor, but the condition of the facility is as well, with it's poorly sterilized equipment.
When I first went to Nanston's, one of the doctors filled my cavity to where I could no longer floss between my two teeth. After several attempts of trying to floss the debri out, I finally could. Months later, my orthdontist informed me that my cavity was decaying because the whole seal had come out of my tooth.
Immediately, I went back to the Nanston Group to get a free refill, but I was told I would have to see the same doctor,and that she no longer worked with them. So, I agreed to see another doctor, hoping she would do a better job.Instead, the doctor( who was a rush)drilled my tooth to where I now get more debri clogged between my teeth. I am very dissapointed by the outcome of this dentist's work. I will never go back again.
