I was very put-off by the customer service and attention that I received on my first visit to this dentist office. I went to the branch at Corporate Square. The dentist first said I was cavity free then when I reminded him about a tooth that I had come in with a concern about he suddenly found several cavities. Then I was rushed out without having a good understanding of my bill or exactly what procedures needed to be done (although they did list them and the costs). I have since called back to discuss my "necessary" procedures and no one has called me back. I also received a bill a month after my appointment for an additional $100 for what they did that wasn't covered by my insurance. Keep in mind I spent $200 for just a first appointment and a cleaning. I will not go back.
