I took my 12 year old to see this dds. He has some fear of the dentist and wanted me to go back with him... the assistant stated that she needed to do xrays and then would come back to get me. I waited in the lobby until I finally asked the receptionist if they were done with xrays. When I finally went back with my son, I was advised the dentist had already seen my child. When I told the assistant that I had some questions for the dentist, she asked me 3 times if I wanted to talk to him. We waited in consultation room and when he came in, he was really rude. I was shocked that a dentist had no intention of speaking with me about my minor child's dental health. An example would me that I asked him about orthodontia (a previous denitist said that when he had the top and bottom 4 permanent teeth he should get braces) and he said that my son wasn't ready. I asked him what that meant, and he snapped that he still had too many baby teeth. When I asked for further clarification on how many etc and which teeth, he snapped at me again. I cancelled the appointment I had for myself and we will never go back. Apparently there is no bedside manner course in dental school.
