We had several instances when they cancelled our appointment on last minute notice, or they couldn't take us because their staff failed to let us know that we couldn't get a dental cleaning that day until seen by the doctor for an annual checkup. I rate this Dr. Huffstutler 1 star. His staff did not set up the appointments correctly and cancelled an appointment that I had set up months in advance. They said their hygenists decided she could not work on Friday's anymore.

About Front Desk: They need to set up appointments correctly and keep them, especially when they are at fault.
