Visiting Dr. Hancock is the opposite of the stereotype of a dental visit to be dreaded. It is instead a very pleasant non-threatening experience. Even the application of the anesthesia is painless and almost unnoticeable.
The examination room is a little antiseptic -- it could benefit from a minor artistic face lift. However, the soothing NPR stream is an enjoyable distraction.
For the sake of his patients (like me), I hope that he never retires.
