i went into for one specific treatment and was treated horribly! i waited for hours to finally see the doctor who sat me down, looked in my mouth and sent me out the door without any information. the secretary staff said they would call me the following day. when i never heard from them, i called. the person that was suppose to call me had the day off. why did she say she would call if she knew she had the day off? this basic back and forth continued for a week and a half, just trying to find out if they could fix the one simple problem i had. they never returned phone calls and were not helpful in the least. i finally got a different dentist. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST if you are searching for a new dentist. he might be good to old patients but he certainly didn't demonstrate any kindness or concern when dealing with me.
About Hygienist: one secretary was helpful and kind. the rest wasted so much of my time and energy. they need to get organized and figure out basic customer service.
