Dr. Scianamblo is expensive but worth every dollar. Unfortunately his admin support is utterly incompetent. My wife has used Dr. Scianamblo's services on four separate occasions and on every occasion the admin (Dianne) has made significant errors such as billing the wrong insurance carrier, calling in prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy, etc. etc. While the dental treatment itself takes only a couple of hours on each occasion, I have to spend many more hours sorting out the mistakes Dr. Scianamblo's admin has made. What's even worse is the fact that even when I point out an error (like billing the wrong insurance carrier) the admin then goes and repeats the mistake again (and again....). This is leading us to look for an alternative dental practicioner simply because of the hassle factor, which is a great shame.
