I had Dr. Tierney make a crown which was completely mismatched to my existing teeth. She agreed it would need to redone. I was charged for both the first and 2nd cap along with office visits. When I questioned the office manager I was assured that the charges were correct. I subsequently left her practice. Until then Dr. Tierney had been our entire family's dentist. Ultimately this poor business practice resulted in her loss of thousands of dollars in future fillings, check ups, etc.
I also would suggest Christine be careful of her small talk with patients. I was often surprised by her negative commentary about family and other patients. Always wondered what was said about me after I left her chair.
Overall I think there are better places to obtain dentistry services.
