This past week I suffered with what I thought was root canal pain. New to the area, I relied on the web to give me some insights into Endodontists working in Boca. I saw Dr. Lerner's succinct write up and liked his background and location. But when he called me back within moments of my call to him, I knew he was something special. Most other dentists I called were either closed on Thursdays, not available, at meetings, etc.
Dr. Lerner agreed to see me at 11:30 on the same day I contacted him. The rest is history. His office, which is run by his unbelievably delightful and dedicated wife, was beyond welcoming. His medical assistant, Andrea, was totally professional and reassuring. As things turned out, I had much more of a problem than a simple root canal. For this reason Dr. Lerner worked with me for most of the day in two split sessions, morning and afternoon. His expertise, his knowledge and his sense of humor settled me down in spite of the pain I was in. By the end of the day, I was pain free and, while not out of the woods, quite yet, Dr. Lerner made sure to recommend me to trusted associates for additional treatment.
Never in my life have I met a professional and staff at this level of caring.
