I have been going to Dr. Tim Elder for about 5 years. I actually started there with an "emergency" situation. He was wonderful and made the whole experience stress free. He tells you everything that is going on and what the options are. He has the best "chair-side" manner of any dentist I have ever been to! Your appointment time is the time that you see Dr. Elder. Never a wait! Tommy, the Office Manager, works great with the insurance companies. She works very hard and makes sure that insurance claims are filed timely and correctly. She is also an expert on Flex plans...very helpful!
Everyone in the office puts patient first. They are just great! I would recommend Dr. Tim Elder and his team without any reservation!
I live in Southern Maryland, but currently work in DC. Dr. Tim Elder will always be my Dentist!
