He seems to do what is needed and not try to find phantom fillings. He often brings in new dentists to help out. Some have been great, while others have not been as good. (You have to explicitly choose to see the "newbies" - however, it is generally much easier to get an apointment with them. They would generally do their own cleanings.) My wife has not had quite as much success. He does not like composite fillings, and instead because he has had to replace too many. Thus, he suggested expensive porcelein as an alternative to amalgam. However, a brand new dentist struggled to get it in properly.
