Had a follow up appt with this dentist for fillings for my daughter. As with many people, she is not comfortable with needles. She asked the doctor to go easy and give her a minute to ease into the situation.
After a very short time and without warning told her "I dont have time for this" and dismissed her from the chair with no further explanation. Did not even try to calm her or assist her in a substantial way. The assistant came out and told me we would have to reschedule.
I asked if we could start over and I would come in and help the situation (have done this before with other dentists without a problem). She said no. I asked to speak with the dr and they said no. The doctor would not come out and AT LEAST explain the situation to the responsible party/parent! Their only comment was "We dont have time today". This struck me as odd. Remember, only about 10 minutes had passed this whole time.
I have NEVER complained in public about a professional before and rarely complain at all about anything, but this behavior/business practice was out of the ordinary for a doctor.
Very dissappointed with the doctor ESPECIALLY after having a good experience with their techs for cleanings on our initial visit.
I have to give "Bed-side Manor" for this dr a low rating, from my one experience.
I hate doing this, but I feel this offended. Thank you for your time in reading this. Judge for yourself.
