The doctor pushes his client to do something that they don't want to do. Charge is really expensive. His assistant (the lady) rejects to provide the exact amount that client has to pay and require clients to check their insurance by themselves. If clients have to check all of the insurance by themselves, we can do her job then.
When clients refuse to do what they want, they will reject to provide other services even if we set up the appointment half month ago. (Just tell the client that you don't have to come in)
Dr. Hiura's assistant (a lady answers the phone is real bad) Customer Services is extremly poor. She needs to improve her attitude.
