I have really bad PANIC ATTACKS in ANY DENTIST OFFICE, but you are made to feel so comfortable. Dr. Stieglitz is a very kind man with a fabulous chairside manner. This is my 2nd root canal in less than 4 months and it was painfree. WHile I was waiting to see him, another patient (a DR.) had a ton of root canals with him and also raved about him. Dr. Stieglitz even corrected this gents work from another DR. I would highly recommend him for any root canal. I watched a movie and had headphones on thruout the procedure. It really was painfree. I was referred to Dr. Stieglitz thru my General Dentist who is one of the TOP PROFESSORS at NYU MEDICAL CENTER... SHe also raved about him!!! He is careful in his work and explains everything to you. Time just flew by. I do not even have any post-op pain...... VERY MINIMAL. Before you even consider anyone else on this site, CALL HIM.. I UNDERSTAND how frightening it is and he calms me down and makes me so relaxed. I trust him so much. He is at 30 East 40th STreet and its so convenient. Good luck to you,
