I was disappointed to have received a bill that was 75% more than the price I was given over the phone. I don't have dental insurance, so I shop a little to find a decent price and Dr. Gillis was the cheapest (but only by a small amount--$15). But when I received my bill it was much more than the price I was given. There was nothing wrong with the treatment and everyone was very nice, but I felt that I had been very clear over the phone in asking how much my appointment would cost and I find it rather unacceptable to hit someone with a bill that is 75% more than the quoted price--especially so considering that they did not do anything more than the treatment that was discussed over the phone.
