I was initially impressed with Dr. Zamler's professionalism and his calm demeanor. However, I went in to see him on my first visit because a molar was seriously painful. He crowned the tooth without looking further into why it was causing me pain. Then I started to get migraines right after seeing Dr Zamler for the crown. He then sent me to an endodontist for a root canal on this same tooth that he had just crowned with a gold crown. The endodontist found a tremendous amount of infection and was not able to complete the root canal in one trip due to the tremendous sensitivity caused by the infection. I feel that Dr. Zamler should had addressed the pain that I had on my first visit with him. But he just crowned my tooth and left it at that. It would have saved me time, money and most of all the pain that I was going through with the infection and headaches caused by it. Then when he billed me, I was not able to pay it right away. So instead of asking me for payment arrangements, he sends it to collection who calls me at WORK to discuss paying this bill!! I am totally appalled. I would never discuss personal things such as paying bills on my work time!
About Hygienist: The dental hygienist was great! Very friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Always willing to answer questions and always had a smile on her face.
