My husband and I went to this practice for over 15 years.
Together we spent at least $60K of which $32K
was for implants and crowns for myself a few years ago. I had
had a seizure then but was not on meds. The last few years
I went for 2 yearly cleanings with Karen. Recently I had another
seizure and now am on clonazepam. My neurologist has stressed
that I carry a card in my wallet and each of my purses because
there is a 5 page sheet of drugs that should not be given to
patients with epilepsy. One page each for pain and antibiotics
I was told that one of my implants has failed and that the
crowns/bridgework would have to be pulled out and the
implant removed. I was nervous and started
to ask one question how he was going to do this. He went into
a rant and rage. Not professional .Terrible horrible temper
.
. I then asked him if he was aware
that 8 months ago I had another seizure and was now on
clonazepam and that there was a list. He flew off the handle
pulled off my bib, yelled at me and told me to leave his office
immediately. I was stunned. What kind of doctor cares so
little for a patient that he has treated for years, spent so much,
and does not care to update the meds on their chart. Beware
of him Beward
