Dr. Rempala was audited by the DEA. He was found to be unable to account for 1,812 missing doses of several controlled medication. The DEA also determined he had prescribed two medications to a family member on three occasions in 2003 & 2005.
Three months after being caught by the audit he filed a report of theft of controlled substances. In order to settle drug diversion allegations, he agreed to pay $70,000 & surrender his federal registration to dispense prescription drugs for five years.

It was durring the time the drugs went "missing" he performed my dental work. His hands shook the whole time & he looked as if he were on drugs. The Missouri Dental Board reveiewed my complaint against him but refused to hold him accountable for his actions.
Many months ago, Dr. Rempala agreed to refund my $6,000 then squelched on that agreement. I recommend you stay as far away from Dr. Rempala as you can.
