I was a patient of the guy. I never felt comfortable in this office because the employees and the dentist were often chatting and giggling between each other, sort of like a private joke about the patients. In other words, the level of professionalism was non existent. Patient information was left visible on their computer screens. I saw the names of many patients (including the Frisco ISD superintendent). Confidentiality was a joke . He obviously knows nothing about HIPPA.
A dental tech didn't rinse off a prothetic device before attempting to put it in my mouth. The thing looked like it had a dusty film on it. She acted indignant when I asked her to rinse if off.
A private conversation I had with the dentist was immediately shared with a nosey tech simply because she asked what we were talking about! How unprofessional!
