My husband and I visited Dr. Lester based on the review of this website. The facilities were great. The reception staff is NOT friendly. The first time I went in for a cleaning, I didn't "sign in", and had to wait for 20min, until someone "noticed" me. They do not have sign in sheet at the front desk, but you have to show somehow that you are there. It was so ridiculous, since the staff saw me in there, but because I didn't actually say, "hello, I'm here", they didn't sign me in. Anyway, this is not the whole story.
Dr. Lester changed my treatment plan about 3 times on me. The first time I came I had 3 cavities, then I had only one (that was actually fixed), and the rest of them dissappeared. Then my husband had an appointment to fix his cavities. At his initial exam, he was told that he had three cavities. When the doctor had my husband's mouth numbed up, he said that there were no cavities. My husband had to take a half day off from work, and for nothing. The cleaning didn't go so smooth for either of us, the hygienist was very rough, and it seemed like she was tearing my gums apart. My husband had the same experience.
I am not going back to Dr. Lester.
