During a crown procedure he mockingly said to his assistant, "He wants PURE gold. Not just Jews want gold HE wants gold too." My mouth was full of stuff and I was furious. Gold harbors less bacteria than porcelain and that gold is less likely to break opposing teeth. Since when does a cash paying customer have to justify a better choice to a dentist then be mocked in a cowardly fashion by that same dentist with a mouthful of rubber and steel? Certainly worthy of noting was the root canal procedure that caused a brown acrid smelling chemical to leak into my nasals for the weeks following the root canal. They tried to reassure me but stopped short of saying that is normal. The Doctor who did the procedure said he was better than others because he got all of the root and did not have to prescribe pain killers. I am concerned the deeper dig caused some weakness in the membrane to the nasal system. While waiting for the crown procedure an older woman seemed to have the same problem. When I overheard her explain her similar symptoms to Dr Lender, he kind of brow beat her by raising his voice and bringing his hands down on the counter forcefully. He is most rude and pushy and needs to be educated on how to not be racist.

About Front Desk: Staff was ok until I expressed my unhappiness. Then they were more about defending him than being friendly, though I was very unhappy with Dr Lender, so it's not their fault.
